Email us at support@miqatuna.com. We typically reply within one business day.
Please include your account email and a brief description of what you’re seeing. If you’re writing about a donation, ticket, or request, mention the organization name and approximate date so we can look it up.
Account & sign-in
- Can’t sign in? Try resetting your password. Reset links expire in 1 hour.
- Didn’t get a verification email? Check spam, then email us — we can resend it manually.
- Want to delete your account? Open Profile → Security. Receipts and donation records are retained for the organization’s legal reporting requirements.
Tickets & RSVPs
- Your tickets and RSVPs live in Profile → Orders and Profile → RSVPs. Show the QR code at the door.
- Need to cancel? Free RSVPs cancel from the event page. Paid tickets: contact the organization that sold them — refunds are at their discretion.
Donations
- Receipts are emailed automatically after the payment confirms. If you didn’t get one within a few minutes, check spam and then email us.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details never touch Miqat — refunds and disputes are handled with the organization you donated to.
- Tax deductibilitydepends on the organization’s status. Consult your tax advisor; we don’t make automatic claims.
Requests & services
Submitted a janazah, counseling, nikah, or other request? Track it in Profile → Requests. Sensitive request types are only visible to authorized staff at the organization you contacted.
Notifications
Manage email and push preferences in Profile → Notification preferences. You can unfollow an organization to stop hearing from them.
Organizations (admins)
Managing a masjid, school, or nonprofit on Miqat? Sign in and open the organization dashboard. If your organization isn’t yet on Miqat, you can register one.
